  • Repeat this exercise 10 times to help tone and firm the muscles around the eyes.

Neck Tightener

  • Sit or stand with a straight posture.
  • Tilt your head back and look toward the ceiling.
  • Press your tongue firmly against the roof of your mouth.
  • Slowly lower your chin toward your chest, feeling a stretch in the front of your neck.
  • Hold for 5 seconds, then relax.
  • Repeat this exercise 10 times to help tighten and strengthen the muscles in the neck and chin area.
