Jevie has the right to use all visual materials created by the Influencer for marketing and promotional purposes, including:

• Social Media and Digital Platforms: Reposting and sharing the content on Jevie’s channels to enhance engagement.
• Branded Content Ads: Integrating content into advertisements for Jevie’s marketing campaigns.
• Marketing Collaterals: Using the content on Jevie's website and other promotional materials.
• External Communications: Using content in press releases and presentations.
• Post Duration: The Influencer agrees to keep the content for at least 1 year.

• Content Standards: The Influencer agrees to follow Jevie’s guidelines for all content.
• Review and Approval: Jevie reserves the right to review and reject non-compliant content, providing reasons for rejection.
• Amendments: The Influencer may revise rejected content within an agreed timeframe.
• Termination: If revisions fail to meet standards, Jevie may terminate this agreement immediately with written notice.
• Termination Effect: Upon termination, the Influencer will cease all Jevie-related promotions, with no further compensation due, and both parties are released from obligations.

• The Influencer affirms that all content created is original.
• The Influencer agrees to adhere to professional conduct, refrain from promoting discriminatory or illegal content, and will not repurpose previously used materials.
• The Influencer agrees to retain posts for a minimum of 1 year unless extenuating circumstances arise.

Jevie will pay the Influencer as agreed in the email. The Influencer shall submit the invoice after the content has been approved by Jevie and the final post has been published. Payment will be made within 15 days of receiving the invoice, provided all necessary bank details (including SWIFT or IBAN) are included.
