Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the EU and Japan. If you require delivery to a location outside of these countries - please contact our customer service at info@jevie.skin, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We handle shipping through Postnord, Sagawa, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the destination and availability of the carriers.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping within the EU and Japan.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery time is usually within 2-3 days from the date of shipping. We aim to send out all orders within 24 hours on business days.

Are customs and duties included in the shipping costs?

Orders sent within the EU are sent from Sweden and includes VAT.

All orders sent within Japan are sent from Japan and includes VAT.

You will not need to pay any additional fees upon arrival.
